What exercises do you offer?
We offer individualized, evidence-based exercises focused on re-learning movement, improving walking ability, and supporting functional movements that promote independence in everyday activities.
We follow a client-centered approach grounded in empathy, partnership, motivation, and perseverance, supporting each individual throughout their recovery and wellness journey.
How often should I do post rehab exercise?
Consistency is key; we recommend regular sessions tailored to your progress and comfort. You can discuss more details with your Post-Rehab Exercise Specialist after your initial assessment.
Do you provide remote support?
Yes, we offer guidance and online sessions for some individuals after screening.
