Who we are
Helping stroke survivors and older adults improve walking, mobility, and independence after physiotherapy.
I am Mariana Flores, a Certified Post-Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
I specialize in working with stroke survivors and older adults seeking to regain mobility, improve walking, and rebuild independence following physiotherapy or medical care. My approach focuses on restoring functional capacity through structured, task-oriented exercise and the re-learning of movement patterns essential for daily life.
My areas of expertise include:
Gait (walking) retraining
Strength and functional mobility
Integration of movement into everyday tasks
I provide personalized one-on-one sessions and small group programs, delivered in-home or within retirement communities. Each program is carefully adapted to the individual’s current abilities, with a strong emphasis on safety and appropriate progression.
